1.Thank You for Using Path

The “Path User Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) is a contract between you (the user) and us regarding the download, installation, copying, and use of our products and/or services. Please read this agreement carefully and ensure you fully understand it before using our products and/or services.

By accepting this agreement or using our products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms outlined herein and that you agree to become a Path user. If you disagree with any part of this agreement or do not fully understand its terms, please do not use our products or services. Your continued use will be considered acceptance of this agreement.

Using Path’s products and services means you agree to the following terms of use.

2.Path Standard Version Service

2.1 Membership Services

During your use of the membership service, you will enjoy certain membership benefits. For details, please refer to the subscription interface in the app.

You understand and agree that Path reserves the right to adjust the above content within the limits of the law based on operational circumstances. Additionally, to optimize the services provided to you, Path may introduce new services and features, which may either be included in membership benefits or charged separately. For specifics on membership benefits, please check the relevant features within Path.

2.2 Purchasing and Cancellation

2.2.1 The Path Standard Version is a subscription-based product.

2.2.2 To cancel your subscription, please visit the Apple website: https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

3.Intellectual Property

Users acknowledge that all rights to Path, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by us. “Intellectual Property” encompasses all rights under patent law, copyright law, trade secret law, trademark law, and laws against unfair competition, including all applications, updates, and extensions, both current and future, worldwide. Users agree not to modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from Path, or obtain its source code through decompilation, reverse engineering, or other means. Users also agree not to remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or ownership statements of Path or any third parties.

4.User Guidelines

4.1 Software Usage Regulations

Users are responsible for their actions while using this software and related services. Unless permitted by law or with prior written consent from the company, you must not engage in the following behaviors while using Path software and services:

• Interfering with, damaging, modifying, or affecting the normal operation of Path software and services using unauthorized plugins, tools, or systems.

• Engaging in activities harmful to network security, including but not limited to:

• Illegally intruding into others’ networks, disrupting normal functions, or stealing data. • Providing programs or tools for network intrusion or data theft. • Offering support to individuals known to engage in harmful activities. • Using unauthorized data or accessing restricted servers/accounts. • Entering public networks or others’ systems without permission to alter stored information. • Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerabilities of the Path system or network. • Intentionally spreading malware or viruses, or disrupting Path operations. • Forging TCP/IP packet names or components. • Engaging in reverse engineering or attempts to discover the software’s source code by any means. • Any actions that violate laws, regulations, this agreement, or infringe on others’ rights.

If Path believes your behavior violates the above provisions, we reserve the right to take action, including terminating your services without notice and pursuing legal responsibilities.
